Enrollment is ALWAYS open! If you aren't sure which class will best suit your athlete, simply choose the one that most closely describes your age & skill set, or select a class time that is best for your schedule.
The free trial time is NOT permanent if a better class option is decided after your initial free trial and evaluation class. The coach will discuss this with you following your free trial class.
Once you submit your FREE TRIAL Form online, simply show up for your trial class at the given class time. Any attire that allows movement and comfort is best! T shirt/tank/sports bra/shorts/leggings/Leo are all acceptable. Tennis shoes are encouraged.

AFTER your free trial class, to officially reserve your place in the class, you MUST submit the ACA Registration Form below. Your registration will be complete once this form, initial payment, and recurring payment info is received.

About Our Tumbling Program
With over 45 years combined experience, our tumble coaching staff is skilled at properly and effectively instructing for a safe progression of growth, which is our top priority! We focus on the fundamentals, technique, strength and flexibility that is crucial to perfection and execution of skills. Our training is top-notch and we are proud to provide a learning environment that is fun-loving, community oriented, yet individualized to meet the needs of your athlete!

Our program uses the Perfect Tumble Practice System. This system teaches the 6 correct body positions that must be maintained in all tumble skills. It is first learned in basic positions then we add kicks, jumps and pushes while maintaining these key positions. All 6 positions must be present as we progress from basic to intermediate into advanced tumble skills. If we're missing even one of these 6 positions a skill can lose structure and support thus causing strains, loss of power or even collapse.
This makes the learning process so much safer because the students know what positions to avoid thus elimniating the major cause of falls or collapse. This also drastically increases the rate of skill progression. They already know 6 of the key position in any new skill they learn. They have confidence in their ability because the stability they found in doing the 6 correct positions.

Private Lessons
Individual tumbling private lessons are available upon request, and
are booked only based on the availability of the coaches.
