ACA Junior Coach Leadership Program

Encourage, Support, & Inspire the next generation of cheerLEADERS.

At Arkansas Cheer Academy, we believe our athletes grow not only through skill and performance, but through leadership, service, and the example they set for others. The Junior Coaches Leadership Program is designed for athletes who want to step into a greater role within our gym by helping encourage, support, and inspire the next generation of cheerleaders.

 

Junior Coaches will assist ACA coaches during classes, help younger athletes build confidence and skills, and represent the culture that makes our gym special — leadership, love, growth, unity, and striving for excellence. This opportunity is for athletes age 14+ who are responsible, positive, hardworking, and excited to give back to the program that has helped them grow.

 

If you are passionate about cheer, enjoy helping others succeed, and are ready to take on the responsibility of being a role model in the gym, we encourage you to apply. We are excited to learn more about you and your desire to lead at Arkansas Cheer Academy.

We truly value the heart, dedication, and character of our athletes, and we appreciate your willingness to step into a leadership role within our gym.

 

Junior Coach positions are limited, and while we may not be able to select every applicant this season, we encourage all athletes who apply to continue striving for excellence and leadership within their teams. Being willing to serve and support others already reflects the culture we value at ACA.

 

Applicants will be notified regarding this opportunity by May 20th. Those selected may be asked to assist during team placements for the 2026–2027 season, and will be expected to begin their role immediately.
