PRE-SCHOOL TUMBLING 4:30-5:30PM

Service Description

This class is for students ready to participate in a structured class and work on following instructions. Athletes will rotate to tumble stations that develop locomotive skills, handstands, rolls as well as fun-filled obstacles and challenges of balance, coordination, movement, and strength. This class is designed to teach tumbling skills in a creative and engaging way while also improving flexibility and overall fitness. It is expected to have a parent accompany their child in class if needed.
