CONGRATULATIONS ON BECOMING AN ACA ALL-STAR MEMBER FOR THE 2025-2026 SEASON

IMPORTANT INFO!

You must complete and submit the online commitment form on this page to finalize your membership. Once you have submitted this form and paid your yearly registration fee, you will receive a tuition invoice via the email you enter within 48 hours of submission. 

This invoice must be paid prior to your athlete's first practice.

Please understand that the tuition invoice payment method used on the email invoice will be saved and tuition payment will be a recurring charge to that same payment method on the same date each month, now until April 2026.

IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO UPDATE US OF ANY PAYMENT METHOD CHANGES.

Tuition must always be current for athlete participation.

IN ADDITION to the online commitment form submission below and paid initial invoice, you must submit a completed HARD COPY of the Kid's Club Payment Intent Form to your athlete's first practice. (linked below for printing purposes)

Practices will begin the week of June 2nd.

Please complete the Commitment Form below, submit registration fee, pay initial tuition invoice, and print and complete the hard copy of the Kid's Club Intent Form above prior to your first practice.

ACA ALL-STAR COMMITMENT FORM

Following team placement reveal, please take a moment to fill out the form below entirely to ensure your position in the All-Star program for 2025-2026 is finalized.

 

After you submit this form and your yearly registration fee, you will receive an invoice via email within 48 hours for your tuition recurring payments. This tuition invoice must be paid prior to your athlete's first practice.

I want to add FULL-SEASON ACCESS to the Parent Wellness Lounge for a discounted rate of $14/month (one-parent access, NO siblings allowed). After you submit this form and your yearly registration fee, you will receive an invoice via email within 48 hours for your recurring tuition payments. This invoice in your email must be paid prior to the first practice.

**Note:

All recurring tuition charges happen on the same date each month (the day of the month that you pay the first invoice), and will come from the same payment method used on the initial tuition invoice that you receive in your email.
